Dehydrated Lemon, Lime or Orange Slices

Amount:  10-12 slices - depending on the size of the fruit.
 
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS TAKEN IN PREPARING THESE DEHYDRATED FRUITS:
1) Dehydrators are broken down and thoughtfully cleaned and chemically disinfected before use. We then RUN the dehydrator until hot and dry, to provide a second sterilization process before use. All knives and cutting boards are sterilized at every use. 
 
2) We choose ONLY fresh fruit and wash them before use which includes inspecting them and discarding any that are not fresh. These fruits are then carefully sliced and never left unattended before going into the sterile dehydrator. 
 
3) Each and every piece is checked multiple times to ensure that the product is completely DRY. 
 
4) All dehydrated fruit is never left unattended and immediately bagged. 
 
5) All fruit is processed indoors and a strict protocol of washing hands before preparing food is followed.
 
The dehydrated goods are prepared in a NON-SMOKING, PET-FREE, CHILD-FREE HOME.
