We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Below are the instructions:

• Contact us within: 3 days of delivery

• Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

• Return shipping is paid by the customer.  
   

We don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Perishable products (like flowers)

• Wreaths
